The
Ignitor's Patented '2-wire Interface'
The Ignitor®
Motorbike alarm connects to your motorcycle using only 2 wires.
The Ignitor's positive
wire connects to battery(+).
The Ignitor's trace
wire connects to a 'suitable lamp circuit',
which is simply the positive wire of a tail lamp, rego plate
lamp, headlamp etc.
Refer to the
Installation and User Manual for

how the Ignitor®
Motorbike Alarm sources it's power,
Click on the
diagram below:

There
are several advantages of the Ignitor's innovative '2-wire
Interface';
Firstly, it is
impossible for the alarm to be set off whilst the ignition key is ON
(An important safety
feature often overlooked by other manufacturers).
Secondly, the Ignitor®
Motorcycle Alarm does not require 'key fobs' to arm or disarm.
No replacing batteries
or sourcing spare parts after your first thunderstorm.
Last but most
importantly, there are less wires to connect.
The Ignitor®
Motorbike Alarm respects you wiring harness with a 'low impact
install',
saving $$$ on
installation costs. |
